Refunds & Returns Policy – Victory Torch

1. Custom Products (IMPORTANT)
Most Victory Torch products are custom-made or made-to-order.
Because of this:
- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
- This includes items with logos, names, or unique designs
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
3. Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items (if applicable):
- Returns accepted within 14 days
- Items must be unused and in original condition
4. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours
6. Order Accuracy
You are responsible for:
- Correct spelling, design approval, and details on custom items
Victory Torch is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
